When it comes to finding out whether you're having a boy or a girl, many mums differ on whether or not they want to know. However, even if you don’t want to find out, you can still have some fun guessing if you're having a boy or girl. Just remember to take the results with a pinch of salt – you won’t really know your baby’s gender until they're born.

1. Ring test
Tie a piece of string to your ring and dangle it over your bump. If it swings in a circle it’s a boy but if it swings in a line it’s a girl.

2. Carrying high or low
If you are carrying your bump high apparently you should expect a little girl, if you are carrying low then take out the boy clothes.

3. You're moody
If you are a little bit crankier than usual, you can blame your little girl.

4. Key test
Ask your other half to hand you a key – if you pick it up by the narrow part, it’s a girl or if you go for the round top, it’s a boy.

5. Cravings
If you are craving sweet foods then it’s a girl, and if you are reaching for the crisps then it means you are having a boy, apparently.

6. How you lie in bed
If you lie on your left side in bed you are likely to be expecting a girl; however, if you opt for your right side, it’s a boy.

7. Morning sickness
If you are suffering from particularly bad morning sickness you should probably whip out the dresses, otherwise little blue booties will do.

8. Dry skin
If your skin becomes dry you are carrying a boy, but if it’s soft, expect a baby girl.

9. Hairy legs
Hairy legs means a boy but you can blame your thin, dull hair on your daughter.

10.  The colour of your urine
If your urine is a dark, dull yellow – it’s a girl, if it’s a bright shade then it’s a boy.
