As we all know, exercise is a central part of weight maintenance and many kids don’t get enough of it.Experts recommend at least 60 minutes of activity per day for kids, ideally, done with their parents.
Instead of setting on the couch after dinner, encourage your family to take a walk together or ride a bike. Try dancing or playing a family game of football.
It’s also good to look for ways to be more active throughout the day, perhaps walk the children to school instead of driving. Try to take the stairs when you go to the shopping centre instead of taking the elevator. For most children, encouraging more time outdoors is all it takes to get them to have more active playtime.
