4 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 peppers, chopped
200g mushroom, sliced
2 x 400g tinned chopped tomatoes, drained
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp black pepper
Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 10 minutes then drain.
Heat a couple of tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan, add the potatoes and fry for 10 minutes until brown.
Add the garlic and peppers, and cook for 5 minutes, stirring.
Tip in the mushrooms and chopped tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes
Add a dash of Worcestershire sauce and black pepper and serve.
