With mums everywhere rightfully being treated like queens today, social media is full of messages of praise for all the important women in our lives.
One of those people is David Beckham who has sharing the love for his wife, and mother of his four children, Victoria.
The pair have been married for almost 18 years, and are on our list of our favourite celebrity couples ever.
Taking to Instagram today, David wrote a heart-felt post for the mum-of-four alongside a picture of the family.
“Happy mama’s day to another amazing mummy... Someone that has raised these beautiful little ones to be the more precious, special and loved children.
“A woman that has drive, passion, intelligence and love for her children, what gets any better than that?
“Thank you for giving me the most beautiful gift.”
Victoria also took to Instagram to share the adorable card five-year-old Harper gave her to mark the occasion.
“Feeling very loved today,” read the mum’s post.
“The sweetest card from my best friend. I love you all so much.”
The handmade card was decorated with a drawing of Victoria and her little girl holding heart-shaped balloons along with a message saying:
“Dear Mummy, I hope you have a lovely day with us.
“Enjoy lunch. You are very special to me. You are my best friend I have ever met.
“Love, Harper.”
The youngest of the Beckhams signed off with a message we can definitely get on board with.
“Hooray, hooray for mums!”
