Just three weeks after celebrating her 50th birthday, former Bond girl Halle Berry has postponed her impending divorce with Olivier Martinez.
Late last year the couple - who married in France just over three years ago - filed for divorce after spending months denying that their marriage was on the rocks.
At the time sources close to the couple suggested that Halle and her actor beau’s contrasting personalities may have contributed to their marriage troubles, but it now seems the pair have found a way to get along as TMZ has reported that they could be set to dismiss their divorce altogether.
Today the celebrity gossip site claimed to have obtained a legal document in which a court clerk asked the parents of two-year-old Maceo Robert if they would like to proceed with their divorce.
Multiple sources have since confirmed their neither party is confident that ending their marriage is the right thing to do and that the Oscar winning actress – who has already been divorced twice before - is still convinced that if her husband were to sort out his anger issues, their relationship could be saved.
While currently the pair don’t seem to be in an official relationship, they have both been actively involved in co-parenting their shared son Maceo and Halle’s eight-year-old daughter Nahla.
