There doesn’t appear to be a whole lot capable of phasing him, but being a dad of two young daughters seems to have had a major impact on comedian and chat show host Jimmy Fallon.

The 40-year-old, who is dad to one-year-old Winnie and five-month-old Frances with wife Nancy Juvonen, has opened up on how his daughters have melted his heart.

Speaking to Today.com as part of the promotion trail for his new children’s book, Baby’s First Word Will Be Dada, the star likened his daughters to ‘kryptonite’.

“Baby girls are kryptonite to even the toughest of dads. Moms should know that even the manliest guys will become softies when they have daughters. Dads immediately fall in love with their little girls, and will let them get away with everything. So moms are going to have to be the disciplinarians when it comes to daughters,” he said.

The Tonight Show host also opened up on the new skills he has discovered since welcoming his little ladies, admitting that photography is one that has come to the fore!

“I thought I’d never be that annoying person, but as soon as Winnie was born I was showing iPhone snaps to a cab driver,” he added, jokingly.

We’re sure there are plenty other Superdads out there who can relate.
