Huge congratulations are in order for Strictly Come Dancing stars Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Marquez who are expecting their first child together.
The couple confirmed the news this morning with the help of their adorable dogs.
Gemma took to Instagram to confirm their joyous news. In the photo, one of her dogs wore a sign that read ‘Guess what… mum’s pregnant’ and the other wore a sign that said ‘We’re going to be big brothers’.
The actress gushed about the news: “And what Amazing big brothers they will be!”
She added: “Myself & Gorks are beyond excited and happy and feel incredibly blessed to be meeting our new family member later this year.”
The mum-to-be continued: “Baby Marquez!!! We love you loads already.”
Gorka shared the same image on his Instagram and thanked Gemma for giving him the best gift of all.
“Thank you for the greatest gift in life. Myself and Gem are beyond thrilled to be welcoming our new family member later this year!” he shared.
The pro-dancer added: “Norm and Ollie can’t wait to start their big brother duties.”
The duo met when Gemma was a contestant on Strictly Come Dancing in 2017. They later confirmed their romance in early 2018.
