He's almost as famous for his outspoken views as he is for his television and comedy career, so it's perhaps no surprise famous dad-of-five, Jason Manford, took to his Facebook account in the wake of last night's atrocities in Paris.

Condemning those responsible for the heinous acts of terror, the much-loved comedian didn't hold back when communicating his views, writing: "F**king cowards. Slaughtering innocent unarmed people for what? Families and children enjoying life, theatre, meals? Not an army vs army you f**king cowards."

In his emotionally-driven Facebook post, the Manchester-native dismissed any possible justification for the actions of those responsible, continuing: "For what? In whose name? Are you doing this in the name of your god? Cos I've got news for you, if you think your 'god' is gonna reward you for this type of atrocity then your god is a massive c**t." (sic)

Jason, who became a dad for the fifth time at the beginning of the year, refused to hold back when offering an insight into his perspective on the attacks, writing: "You are an embarrassment to humanity and a s**t stain on all of humanity. You will never defeat us, we are too strong you utter b**tards."

The 34-year-old comedian, who is best known for his role on 8 out of 10 cats, laid bare his feelings for the people responsible, finishing: "I hope you are all caught and murdered in a similar agonising way you f**king s**mbags."

The much-loved father soon had his Facebook profile removed, but not before fans of the incredibly successful performer took screenshots of his post and continued to share his words on various social media platforms.

Defending  himself against those who dubbed him an Islamophobe, the comic hit back: "Exactly where have I been Islamophobic? I’d say the same no matter what religion. My track record is proof enough I simply dislike extremists. As we all do."

While Jason's Facebook profile has been reinstated, his thoughts on last night's attacks in the French capital have not.
