It’s a huge congratulations this morning for Jared Padalecki and his wife, Genevieve Cortese Padalecki, who have welcomed their third child.
Taking to Instagram to announce the news, Genevieve also revealed the baby girl’s name, saying: “Please welcome the newest Padalecki, Odette Elliott!”
The mum-of-three also took the time to celebrate a different cause and said: “I wanted to celebrate this special occasion by raising funds for two amazing causes: Planned Parenthood and Human Rights Campaign, who need our help now more than ever.”
The Gilmore Girls star later shared the news on his own social media, saying: "Please welcome Odette Elliott Padalecki to the world y'all"
Jared also used the post to raise awareness for some important causes.
The couple announced they were expecting baby number three back in November when Jared appeared on Live! With Kelly.
“I’m a father of two, now about to be a father of three in March,” he told the delighted Kelly Ripa.
The pair met on the set of the hit show Supernatural in 2008 and were married just two years later.
Since then the couple have welcomed two sons; five-year-old Thomas and three-year-old Austin, and now their little girl, Odette.
Huge congratulations again to the family, no doubt we will get to see lots of cute family pictures in no time.
