Actress Alyssa Milano took to Instagram today to pay a touching tribute to her youngest child, Elizabella, as the tot turns one.
Sharing a candid photo of herself breastfeeding the tot, the 42-year-old wrote: “Happy Birthday, my beautiful Elizabella. You’ve taught me that my heart has no end.”
The former Charmed star, who is also mum to four-year-old son Milo, added: “You were the missing piece to my soul. Thank you for choosing me.”
Alyssa came in for major praise from her fans and followers over her choice of photo, with many adding the ‘normalise breastfeeding’ campaign hashtag to their comments.
“So good to see proud mothers not ashamed of doing what is natural for their babies! Such a good example to our girls!” wrote one commenter.
This isn’t the first time that Alyssa has been candid regarding her pro-breastfeeding stance. The star also marked her return to work after Elizabella’s birth with a breastfeeding photo from the makeup chair.
