Louise Rednapp has opened up about her current relationship with ex-husband Jamie following their split.
The mum-of-two stopped by the studio at Heart breakfast, where she confessed that she'd had a rough year getting used to her newly single status, but saw her footballer ex as her "best friend".
"Yeah, it’s been really tough, but I mean, you know, he’s my best friend," she told Lucy Horobin and Jamie Theakston, who is friends with the former footballer.
Louise gave her fans a rare insight into her relationship with Jamie, confirming that she still "gets on" with him.
"It’s been really tough but things happen and yeah, I saw him yesterday and it was all good. We had school meetings and stuff, like you do, so all good."
She also discussed her Valentine's Day plans, divulging that she "hates" the romantic holiday of love now that she's single.
"Oh god! Do you know what, I hate Valentine’s Day now!", she said, laughing.
When the radio presenters made sure to ask her why, she replied: "What do you mean, why?"
Keeping her cards close to her chest, Louise went on to joke that she was now "too old" for Valentine's Day, and prefers a "galentines" celebration with her female friends.
After revealing that she wasn't currently dating anybody, she laughed: "Yeah that’ll be me; galentine’s. I’ll be the one sat in the restaurant with my mate"
