Cheryl and Liam Payne are notoriously private when it comes to their personal life, so we’re not surprised that the only photo we’ve been treated to is his birth announcement – until now, that is!
Former One Direction star Liam has sent his fans into overdrive this afternoon, by sharing the most adorable photo of himself and his three-month-old son to social media.
In the snap, which has already garnered hundreds of thousands of likes, Liam dons a pair of the Kanye West-designed Yeezy trainers – with little Bear wearing a mini version!
The juxtaposition of the tot’s tiny feet alongside his father’s is enough to leave us melting!
“Like father, like son,” wrote the proud daddy, in the photo’s caption.
Needless to say, Liam’s comment section is abuzz with comments from swooning fans, with one even claiming: “The most beautiful thing in the world!”
This is a particularly special time for Liam, who turns 24 this summer. He got a glowing report from his other half, Cheryl, as they marked Father’s Day earlier this month.
“You are the most amazing daddy, and the best example for our son. The way he looks at you says it all,” wrote Cheryl, sharing a black and white photo of the ex-boyband star.
“Your relationship melts my heart. You are the centre of his world, and we adore you.”
While Liam has been busy on the promotional trail for his debut solo single, Strip That Down, he has been only too happy to share insights into fatherhood with his baby boy.
“The moment that little boy looks in your eyes, your life is changed forever,” he said, during an interview.
“Waking up in the morning is just a totally different thing now. I sat with him all this morning watching cartoons that he doesn’t really understand yet, but it’s wonderful.”
