The Duke and Duchess of Sussex welcomed their first child on Monday, May 6 and their baby boy couldn't have arrived at a better time. Today is Mother's Day in the United States, where Meghan was born and raised.
Today the Duchess celebrated her first Mother's Day as a mum and has shared an intimate snap of her darling boy Archie for the special day.
The new mum posted a photo of her holding Archie's little feet to the SussexRoyal Instagram account.
She shared a touching message alongside the snap.
Meghan wrote: "Paying tribute to all mothers today - past, present, mothers-to-be, and those lost but forever remembered. We honor and celebrate each and every one of you. Today is Mother’s Day in the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Kenya, Japan, and several countries across Europe. This is the first Mother’s Day for The Duchess of Sussex."
