Chocolate bombs

A scrumptious treat with only 3 ingredients.

450g chocolate sandwich cookies

225g cream cheese

300g white chocolate

150g dark chocolate (optional)

In a food processor, crush the cookies to a fine crumb. Add the cream cheese and pulse until the dough comes together. Form little balls and freeze for 20 minutes. 
Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate. Dip the balls one by one in the melted chocolate, place on parchment paper and refrigerate for an hour, until firm. 
Melt the dark chocolate. Drizzle dark chocolate on each ball and refrigerate.
