Irish soda bread

The easiest and tastiest bread you can make in 5 minutes!

250g coarse wholemeal flour

250g white flour

100g porridge oats

1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

25g sunflower oil

500ml buttermilk

Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease a 2lb loaf tin.
In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients. Then add wet ingredients and stir well. 
Put in the loaf tin and sprinkle with oatmeal if desired. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until golden brown.
