Santa hat brownie bites

Turn your brownies into a cute Christmas bite.

415g Betty Crocker Chocolate Chunk Brownie (1 box)

300ml double cream

2 tbsp icing sugar

16 strawberries, tops trimmed off

Cook the Betty Crocker Chocolate Chunk Brownie according to indications on the package. Let cool completely. 
Using a cookie cutter, cut the brownie in mini bite-size brownies.
Whisk the cream and the icing sugar until stiff. Spoon the frosting into a piping bag and swirl a little frosting on top of the brownie. Put the strawberry on and add a dash of frosting on top to make Santa’s hat.
