Love is definitely in the air for the nursing staff in this US hospital.
16 pregnant nurses at Banner Desert Medical Centre in Phoenix, Arizona, recently discovered they are all due around the same time.
The group of nurses all share due dates between October and January. What are the chances!
The mums-to-be work together in the Intensive Care Unit but did not realise how many of their co-workers had a bun in the oven.
According to azcentral, the nurses were all invited to a press conference covering the pregnancy phenomenon on Friday.
“I don't think we realized just how many of us were pregnant until we started a Facebook group,” said one of the nurses, Rochelle Sherman.
She is in the latter half of her pregnancy, like most of the other nurses, at eight months along.

12 of the sixteen women posed together for a photo documenting the hospital’s marvel of mums.
During the conference, the mums began joking with each other, saying they “formulated this plan to have the holidays off.”
As their bellies began to grow, patients in the hospital began to notice the coincidence too and could not believe that all 16 of them were pregnant at the same time.
The amazing situation has placed more tasks on the rest of the nursing staff, but they don’t seem to mind.
One of the pregnant nurses said that others have been extremely helpful by taking over treatment when conditions may compromise the baby - during scans, chemotherapy, or when there is an infectious patient.

However, another nurse, Ashley Adkins, worries that some co-workers are growing tired of all the baby talk.
“"They just roll their eyes!" she laughed.
The hospital is proud of its team of expecting nurses and gave them all adorable baby bodysuits that say ‘Relax! My mom is a Banner nurse!’
The mums-to-be are also having a group baby shower at the hospital next week.
It is great to see their workplace and coworkers so supportive of the nurses.
Who knows? Maybe some of the women will go into labour on the same day too!
