Five people have died after a stolen car collided with a tree in Leeds
It is understood that three children are amongst the deceased.
A 12-year-old boy was the youngest involved in the fatal crash. Two 15-year-old boys and two men in their 20s were also killed.
The crash occurred at approximately 10 pm on Saturday night on Stonegate Road, in Meanwood, Leeds.
The West Yorkshire Police were called to the scene where a stolen Renault Clio crashed into a tree.
At least ten emergency service vehicles attended the scene.
The family members of the deceased have been informed.
It is believed that two 15-year-old boys are in custody, but police have not shared why they are being held.
The West Yorkshire Police have asked anyone with information to contact them.
