Combining your passion with your experience as a parent is a joy, and one person who has garnered both success and praise with her venture is children’s clothing designer Danielle Horner.

With a fashion degree under her belt, and after welcoming her darling daughter Vinnie into the world, Danielle decided to combine two of her passions to former her business, Mini Madam & Mini Gent.

A handmade, homemade ethical children’s fashion line, Danielle was inspired by her experience as a mum, and has dedicated herself to matching a child’s nature with a parent’s need to nurture in every design.

Thanks to her dedication and commitment to creating a brand that children and parents alike will love, Danielle’s company is now anticipating expansion from its Eastbourne base into Brighton to bring the planned Spring/ Summer ’15 collection to a new audience.

Mini Madam & Mini Gent has proven incredibly popular so far, receiving high praise from the blogging community, and with an upcoming ‘success story’ feature set to run in The Eastbourne Herald.

Speaking ahead of unveiling her new collection, Danielle said: “Everyone, customer or not, has responded to our ethics with expectations met, which has often been a fresh experience for them! We strive to further realise those aims.”
