The Metropolitan Police have this week issued an appeal for information regarding the whereabouts of two young girls, who have been reported missing.
According to a statement released by the authorities, 12-year-old Shanti Harbourne and her five-year-old sister Maya-Rose Kelly-Johnson have not been seen since Sunday, May 1.
The girls are said to have been last seen in Camberley, Surrey at around 11pm, and they are believed to be with their biological mother, Angela Kelly.
While the girls are thought to be in the Camden area, police have appealed to any members of the public with information to get in touch.
The girls are both white. Shanti is described as being of slim build, with shoulder-length brown hair. She was wearing a black Batman top, ripped black trousers and brown boots when last seen. Maya-Rose, meanwhile, is said to be of average height for her age and was wearing pink pyjamas and black boots.
Anyone who could help the police with their enquiries is asked to get in touch by contacting the Wandsworth branch on 0203 276 2554. Alternatively, you can call the 101 number.
