Stacey Solomon shares empowering message about her post-baby body

The pressure to be ‘beach body ready’ is unfathomable. The stress of preparing for your summer holiday increases every time you see a celebrity looking like a goddess during their expensive trip to the Maldives.

We know they have the greatest personal trainers and chefs who cook them the healthiest meals, but we can’t help but compare our bodies to theirs.

We find ourselves fretting over how we look rather than looking forward to our getaway, ‘I don’t have a body like Beyoncé or Vogue Williams therefore I’m not ‘beach body ready,’ we say.

There’s so much pressure placed on women to look a certain way, but what we really need is for people to be accepting of all bodies.

Stacey Solomon recently shared a body positive message that truly lifted our spirits.

The mum, who is currently on holiday with her adorable family, posted a photo of her and her son Rex in the sea.

The mum penned an empowering note alongside the beautiful photo, “I love my body. Every bit of it. Even the bits that society says shouldn’t be there.

“Because EVERY bit of it came together to make him. And Zachary. And Leighton. Cellulite is beautiful, back bumps add character and tummy ledges are great for resting a baby on,” the mum gushed.

‘Stacey, you are beautiful,’ said Kate Thornton.

Sile Seoige added, ‘You are glorious...in every way! I adore this post.’
