Don't you just love when celebrities have relatable mothering moments?
I mean, we all know they are humans just like us, but sometimes the carefully edited Instagram poses make their lives seem a little out of reach and their experiences extraordinary.
But there is nothing glamorous about leaky boobs. Amirite?
This picture posted recently as a throwback snap by celebrity trainer, Tracy Anderson is a refreshing reminder that having a baby is not just about cute pictures of snow white outfits and perfect designer nurseries.
She shared a very intimate picture of herself in her nightwear after what looks like a tough night with one of her two children as an infant. The baby is snuggled happily on her shoulder as she nuzzles him lovingly. Breast milk has leaked through her top making dark wet circles. You can also tell that it has leaked down and dried, by the stains on her top.
In short, it is a hugely relatable picture and one which we can identify with - whether or not we decided to breastfeed.
It reminds me of those days where even breast pads didn't work, the days where warm milk flowed as you showered, and your breasts felt like rocks balancing on your newly emptied tummy.
The trainer, who seemed completely unfazed by the scenario, captioned the photo with the sweet message:
'At the end of the day who even needs breast pads as long as they are happy, healthy and full of love for themselves and others!'
Her children, Sam and Penelope, are now beyond breastfeeding age, but her picture has resonated with many followers who praised her unfiltered portrayal of motherhood:
"That's so beautiful and true!' said one. 'I'm in tears because I so relate to this"
