With more and more people choosing to lead a plant-based lifestyle, and others trying to integrate more meat-free meals to their diet, vegan food has never been so trendy.

 

To help consumers introduce more plant-based food to their diet, Waitrose is lauching a whole new range of vegan products, available in all stores across the UK from 4th June.

 

 

Brought to you by Irish food phenomenon, The Happy Pear, the tasty range includes six of their already popular vegan products:

Famous in Ireland for their wholefood cafés, food stores, food range and bestseller cookbooks, David and Stephen Flynn started The Happy Pear in Ireland in 2004 to inspire community to create a happier, healthier world, and to make healthy food and living accessible to everybody.

 

Today they’re renowned wholefood and plant-based chefs, award-winning and bestselling authors, YouTube stars, and regular media contributors.

 

 

In the past two years, David and Stephen have worked with Jamie Oliver on his FoodTube network, Food Revolution Day, and at his annual food festival in the UK.

In addition to this, the twin brothers are also celebrating the launch of their third cookbook, Recipes for Happiness, which entered the top ten hardback non-fiction bestseller list in the UK only three days after publication. 

 

The new book is packed with over 100 delicious and easy vegan recipes for every day cooking for the whole family, tips for a healthy lifestyle, and a two-week health reboot plan.
