Following the controversial photo of their 13-year-old daughter, Willow, lying on a bed with 20-year-old Moises Arias, it looks like Will and Jada Smith could be in trouble.
It has been reported that the couple are now under investigation by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services.
Willow’s mum, Jada, did not think that there was anything wrong with the photo when asked about it earlier this month, saying there was “nothing sexual about it.”
She also went on to say: “You guys are projecting trash on to it and you are acting like covert paedophiles and that’s not cool.”
An investigation into the photo is now said to be underway and “is being taken very seriously by the department.”
Will and Jada are said to be cooperating well with the investigation: “Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have been extremely cooperative with officials. Of course, they aren’t happy that their parenting skills are under scrutiny, but they understand.”
