Pregnant singer Sam Bailey has ruled out any work commitments from August onwards, as her due date gets closer.
The X Factor winner is nervous her baby will come early after her waters broke on stage during her first pregnancy.
“I don’t want to take any chances this time,” she said. “My daughter Brooke came eight weeks early and my waters broke on stage – can you imagine?
“I was performing at a social club called New Lodge in Barnsley and it just happened.”
Sam said she kept her cool during her performance and carried on singing.
“I couldn’t just stop so I went for it,” she added. “But I am going to make sure the same thing doesn’t happen again.”
Sam is expecting a baby girl with husband Craig Pearson on October 1st.
The new addition will be the couple’s third child.
