While reading to a group of children during the annual Easter Egg Roll at the President's residence, Barack Obama soon realised his storytelling wasn't having the desired effect.
Instead of awestruck children hanging on his every word, President Obama and his favourite children's book was the last thing on their minds.
Horrified by some bees which decided to join the outdoor event, the kids dealt with the pesky insects the only way they knew how- they screamed the place down.
Determined to get things back on track, President Obama insisted that the children shouldn't be scared of the tiny creatures, but his demands fell on deaf ears.
Still, as the dad of two daughters, we're sure he's used to all sorts of drama!
