According to reports, Milkshake singer Kelis is pregnant with her second child. While the star had not uttered a word about baby number two before today, she showed off a blossoming baby bump while performing at the annual AfroPunk Festival in New York.
Addressing the crowd, she was heard calling out: “I need a fan…I’m hot and pregnant!”
The 36-year-old belted out her most famous hits, dressed in a bright fuschia-pink dress that highlighted her blooming baby bump.
The star is already mum to six-year-old Knight Jones, her son with her ex-husband, rapper Nas. It is believed that Kelis is expecting with boyfriend Michael Mora, who openly refers to the singer as his wife in social media posts.
Kelis previously opened up about being a single mum, admitting that it is ‘hard but awesome’.
In an interview with Fuse TV, the mum-of-one added: “I’m generally comfortable in my own skin and I really do love being a mother. I think it comes across in the writing because you can’t really ignore it, you know?”
