Becoming a popstar at an early age meant that the Toxic singer didn’t get much of an education, and she understand that this might affect her ability to help her own two kids, nine-year-old Sean Preston and Jayden James, who is eight, to do their work.
However, the famous mum-of-two has taken things into her own hands and revealed that she is taking pre-algebra classes so she knows how to do it.
Talking to People magazine, the Hit Me Baby One More Time singer, said: ““Next year when [Preston’s] in fifth grade, he’s going to be doing pre-algebra, and I’m taking classes so I know how to do it!”
It seems that Britney has her head on her shoulders, especially when it comes to her kids and admitted to the magazine that homework is a top “priority” in her household.
“Homework is a priority. We have a reward system that helps motivate them: if they get so many As, they get one toy a month,” she said.
