Following the wonderful news that actor Kevin Zegers welcomed twin daughters last night, we have yet another lovely announcement to share with you this afternoon.

Former Tour de France champion Mark Cavendish and his model wife Peta Todd have become parents yet again.

Peta gave birth to the couple’s second child son on Monday, confirming the arrival of son Frey David Cavendish on her Instagram account earlier this morning.

“So on Monday afternoon this little human made an appearance. Frey David Cavendish. 6lb 13,” wrote the 28-year-old.

The couple are already parents to three-year-old daughter Delilah Grace, while Peta also has a son named Finnbar from a previous relationship.

Needless to say, the two tots were at the centre of the celebrations after little Frey’s birth, and the pair are seen doting over their new little brother in another adorable shot on Peta’s Instagram.

These 3 little people make our house pretty special. Noisy & mental. But perfect.

“These 3 little people make our house pretty special. Noisy & mental. But perfect,” wrote the doting mum, adding in a series of heart emojis.

Proud dad Mark, meanwhile, shared a beautiful black-and-white snap of the newborn on his own page, writing: “So proud to have seen my little boy, Frey Cavendish, come into the world on Monday. Peta did amazing. I’m a happy man.”
