Having become parents to daughter Charlie Mae on September 7, acting couple Dave and Odette Annable have taken to social media in the past number of hours to introduce their little one to the world.
Sharing a stunning black-and-white shot of himself cooing over his daughter, former Brothers & Sisters star Dave wrote: “Dear Charlie Mae, I was really hoping for golf clubs for my birthday but along you came and showed me what the meaning of a true ‘gift’ is. I am one lucky dude. Even luckier if I had those clubs too, Odette.”
Giving a hilarious insight into how fatherhood has already impacted upon him, birthday boy Dave went on to share a photo of himself, Odette and Charlie Mae sitting around his cake, the caption reading: “Went to bed 10 minutes after Christine Symonds took this picture. It was 5.38pm.”
Not to be outdone, new mum Odette – who met Dave on the set of Brothers & Sisters – posted her own picture of herself kissing and cuddling her newborn, referring to her as her 'little chicken wing'.
Huge congrats to the Annables on their fantastic news. Little Charlie Mae is absolutely adorable.
