A source told The Star this week that mum-of-two Megan’s friendship with ex-boyfriend and former co-star Shia LaBeouf was a major cause of tension between her and her husband.
With Shia seen Facetiming his Transformers co-star following a blazing row with girlfriend Mia Goth recently, rumours emerged that the pair were close once more following their brief fling in 2008.
“It was her relationship with Shia that really hurt Brian. It was certainly a contributing factor to their split,” a source told the publication.
Megan and Shia got together during the filming of the Transformers movies, while Megan was on a break from Brian. The pair reunited shortly after, going on to marry in 2010.
A source confirmed earlier this week that Megan and Brian were calling time on their relationship of 11 years. The couple are parents to two children: two-year-old Noah and 18-month-old Bodhi.
