TV presenter Cat Deeley was joined by her husband, Patrick Kielty, on the red carpet at the Creative Arts Emmy Awards in LA last night, and they both looked the picture of happiness.
With her hair pinned back, the 38-year-old, who is due next spring, showed off her almost hard-to-spot baby bump in a fitted black gown with a thigh-high split at the ceremony.
The couple, who have been together since 2012, took to Twitter earlier this month to announce their happy news, writing: “Exciting news.... Paddy and I are so happy to be expecting our first child in the Spring..... Lucky us."
Not one to be outdone by the So You Think You Can Dance presenter, the 44-year-old Irish comedian jokingly said that he hopes their baby will have Cat’s looks and his accent: “I hope any child we might have has Cat’s looks and my accent. With our two strong accents, we basically needed subtitles or a UN translator.”
Cat and Patrick married in September 2012 after being friends for years.
