According to numerous reports emerging from the States, popular star, Charlie Sheen, is due to appear on much-loved show, Today, in order to make a 'revealing personal announcement'.

With speculation and rumours surrounding the 50-year-old star's health in recent days, most media outlets have reported that the former Two and a Half Men star will be announcing that he is living with HIV.

While American television station, NBC, have not confirmed the specific details of Charlie's upcoming interview with Matt Lauer, press outlets have suggested that the actor has chosen November 18th to disclose personal details surrounding his health.
 


According to numerous outlets including US Weekly, RadarOnline and GossipCop, the actor, who rose to fame in the mid 80s for his roles in Ferris Bueller's Day Off and Wall Street, will be addressing the issue and will confirm that he has kept his diagnosis a secret for a number of years.

A source close to the actor, who was once married to popular Hollywood star, Denise Richards, has alleged that the former Spin City star has endured 'a difficult time' since the reported diagnosis.
 


It is understood that Charlie has been threatened with lawsuits from former partners who became aware of the star's reported diagnosis, and upon settling out of court, those concerned signed confidentiality agreements.

Charlie, who has been married three times and has five children, has yet to comment on tomorrow's highly-anticipated interview.
