It’s been reported that Beyoncé and Jay-Z have been able to take their twins home from hospital.
According to E! News, the Carter twins were discharged from hospital after remaining there for "an extended period of time". A source also told E! that Beyoncé and the twins are "doing great", and that Beyoncé "looked amazing and was glowing".
It’s believed the twins, rumoured to be a boy and a girl, were born prematurely and were being treated for newborn jaundice.
The twins, who are said to have been born on June 12, were given special “bili light” treatment, to reduce high levels of bilirubin in the blood.
While Beyoncé and her husband have remained tight-lipped about the twins’ health (they’ve yet to even confirm the birth), we are expecting a big announcement - and possibly a spectacular newborn photo shoot - any day now.
The Carter twins are beginning their lives in the lap of luxury, according to The Mail Online. The family are staying in a Malibu rental property complete with 14 bathrooms, 10 bedrooms, and an infinity pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
Prior to the birth, Beyoncé and Jay-Z splashed out €100,000 on gold cribs for the twins. Each of the designer cribs is plated in 18-carat gold and is fitted out with hypoallergenic mattresses, champagne silk bedding, silk changing mats and custom wheels. Not too shabby!
While Beyoncé may not have wanted to spill the beans just yet, her father Matthew Knowles couldn’t keep the good news to himself and confirmed rumours that the twins had arrived on Father’s Day.
“They’re here!” Mathew tweeted, sharing a photo which read, ‘Happy birthday to the twins! Love, Granddad.”
Beyoncé’s adoring fans weren’t too happy with him, and some attacked him for sharing the news instead of allowing Bey to announce it in her own time.

Hopefully, now that the twins are recuperating, Queen B might show us a glimpse of the little ones or reveal their names!
A photo shoot seems to be the most likely way Beyoncé will officially announce the birth, as she announced her pregnancy with a spectacular shoot back in February.
The 35-year-old posted a photo of herself to Instagram, posing against a wall of flowers, wearing underwear and a veil, and cradling her bump.
“We would like to share our love and happiness. We have been blessed two times over,” she wrote.
