Have you got an exceptional or inspirational breastfeeding story to share? Did you struggle through difficulty to eventually succeed? Did you express your milk when you were unable to feed? Whether you breastfed for one month or 12, your story could help other mums out there going through the same thing.

This summer marks two significant events in the breastfeeding calendar: National Breastfeeding Week (Monday, 20th - Sunday, 26th Jun 2016) and leading breastfeeding brand Lansinoh’s 15 year anniversary in the UK.

To mark both special occasions, Lansinoh, one of the leading manufacturers of breastfeeding products in the UK, is launching a nationwide search for 15 mums (or dads!) who are willing to share their exceptional breastfeeding success stories.

Whether you are a mum who breastfed against the odds, overcame difficulties, had her breastfeeding journey changed due to unforeseen circumstances or simply have a heart-warming story to tell, Lansinoh wants you to share it with the world.

To submit a breastfeeding story, entrants are asked to click here and upload their information, story and any images they would like to share.

Deadline for entries is Sunday, 21st August 2016.

15 stories will then be selected by Lansinoh and the winning mums will be treated to a luxurious afternoon tea for two and get the chance to tell their story on the Lansinoh website.

“Everyone at Lansinoh is extremely proud to be celebrating our 15 year anniversary in the UK this summer and we want to share this excitement with all the mums and dads out there who have supported and loved the brand for so many years'" Lansinoh senior brand manager, Lisa Leung, said.

“We thought that National Breastfeeding Week would be the perfect time to launch our search for 15 breastfeeding stories, which we hope will not only help to raise awareness of the benefits of breastmilk and breastfeeding, but also help us to discover some of the amazing and unique breastfeeding experiences women go through every day, which should be celebrated.”
