For us mums, when it comes to our kids there really are a million ways to say “I love you”. And while we tell them we love them all the time (often accompanied by a sloppy kiss on the cheek!) it’s the everyday, ordinary, unassuming things we say that truly show our unconditional love.

 

And while it’s just us doing our mum thing, not thinking twice, when our kids hear these things (despite the fact they may roll their eyes the odd time!) they feel secure, loved and cared for.
