Christmas is over, and many of us are feeling slightly heavier than we were a few weeks ago... and that is OK!

Here are some easy tips that will help you get back in shape, without losing the plot...

1. High protein breakfast

Starting the day with a high protein breakfast has been shown to reduce cravings and calorie intake throughout the day. Try some delicious eggs every morning.

2. Smaller portions

Some people have a habit of over eating, purely because they are afraid to waste food. When making a meal, try cutting the portion size down by a third, and you will notice a difference.

3. Drink more water

Water can literally do NO WRONG. It removes by-products of fat, can curb cravings and it also increases your metabolism.

4. Walk to work

It is so important to get your body moving, but that doesn't mean you have to spend hours in the gym or run 10 miles every day. If you can simply commit to walking to and from work every day, we guarantee you will notice a difference.

5. Sleep is key

Poor sleep is one of the strongest risk factors for weight gain, so taking care of your sleep is so important.
