It's been 24 years since Hugh Grant bumbled his way onto our screens as the foppish epitome of Richard Curtis movies in Four Weddings and a Funeral.

It grossed over $245milion, was nominated for two Academy Awards and made a star out of it's leading man, Hugh Grant, who was also nominated for his first and only Golden Globe award.

So if you're a fan (who ist?) of the charming British comedy, then we've good news for you because it looks as though there's a sequel on the way.

The Mirror reported that the cast had had a mini reunion recently, where they actually discussed making a a follow up to the original movie.

Anna Chancellor, who played Duck Face, said some of the cast including Hugh Grant and Andie MacDowell met up with writer Richard Curtis.

“We had a reunion at Richard Curtis’s house, and Andie was there. It’s mad that it came out 24 years ago. Not all of the cast came to the reunion, but there were about 10 of us,'' Anna said.

''We talked about a follow-up...it was one of my first films, so everything was amazing, but this generation are not so familiar with the film,'' she continued.

How exciting!

Will we find out if the beautiful Fiona (Kristen Scott Thomas), who was suffering silently with unrequited love, has found The One?

Will Duck Face have forgiven Charles for jilting her?

And will the hopeless Charles and glamorous American Carrie still be as madly in love as ever?

So many questions...and we can't wait to find out.
