For those in the Leeds area this Saturday, if you’re feeling active then we’ve got the perfect event for you.

 

MOVE IT! is one of We Are Wellness’ half day activity escapes which aim to get you moving in lots of different ways so that you feel great, have fun whilst doing something healthy for your body and mind and enjoy some delicious food. Simple!

 

Following the success of their first Move It! in July they have got a new date for you, Saturday, September 17th. Learn about good running posture and switch on those core muscles in Pilates, get personal advice from our Sports Therapist, enjoy a local trail run led by Urban Trail Runner and a post run slow flow yoga class and indulge in a tasty (& nutritious) lunch.

 

And all of this only 5 minutes from Leeds City Centre in their beautiful 18th Century home in Headingley.
