Christmas has come early for one Hollywood star this week, having just welcomed his second child into the world.
We’re sending our congratulations this morning to actor Dwayne Johnson, who has become a dad once again!
The star’s partner, Lauren Hashian, gave birth to their first child together, a baby girl, on Wednesday morning of this week, December 16. The little tot’s name has not yet been revealed, but we will keep you posted.
The wonderful news was confirmed to People magazine by a source close to the 43-year-old, who said: “Both Mom and Dad are over the moon; Christmas definitely came early!”
Dwayne is already a father to 14-year-old Simone; his daughter with his former wife, Dany Garcia.
It was only last Sunday that Lauren took to Instagram to gush over her pregnancy, describing the experience as “just incredible”.
“This beautiful cycle of life and womanhood beginning again. And like Big Daddy says – couldn’t be prouder of all the kick-ass women she’s going to have around her!” wrote Lauren.
Congratulations to the family on their new arrival – we can’t wait to find out what they have named her.
