A video showing exactly what happens when a woman gives birth has left us agape.
Okay, we might have went through it, but when you see it like this it seems even more wondrous and amazing – and – well there’s no other way to say this – pretty darn painful.
The video, posted on Small Steps magazine’s Facebook page shows step-by-step in 3D how a baby is born. We can see the cervix dilating, the baby pushing down and the beyond beautiful moment it slides out into the world for the first time.
And this is how mums give birth, amazing!
