We were thrilled by the announcement that Jeffrey Dean Morgan (otherwise known as Denny Duquette) recently welcomed a daughter, and now there's more happy Grey's Anatomy baby news - and a wedding to boot!
Kevin McKidd, who plays Owen Hunt on our favourite medical drama, announced on his website yesterday that he just got hitched to Arielle Goldrath. According to People, his new wife is a private chef.
The couple also shared that they are expecting! "Arielle and I are so happy to announce our marriage and new baby, who is soon to join our growing family," Kevin wrote.
The Scottish actor is already father to two teenage children whom he shares with his ex-wife, Jane Parker. His son Joseph and daughter Iona are excited about the new addition to the family. Kevin said, "My kids are happy for us too and are looking forward to the arrival of their newest sibling!"
Kevin and Arielle's wedding day sounds like it was an absolute dream, and some of his cast mates from Grey's Anatomy numbered among the guests.
"Close friends and family came together with my Grey’s family to share in our celebration day – an intimate, low key gathering culminating in a Scottish Ceilidh dance," the 44-year-old revealed.
"There’s much to be grateful for and we’re thrilled for the adventures 2018 will bring us all!" he said enthusiastically.
