After identifying a potential safety concern in a number of car seats, Argos have issued a recall for five seats that may not provide adequate protection in the event of a collision.
Explaining that the shell may crack in an accident, they are urging anyone with any of the following seats to stop using them immediately and return to the store.
"If you have purchased any of the above seats, you should immediately stop using the product and return the car seat to your local Argos store for a full refund. We wish to thank you for your co-operation and apologise for any inconvenience caused by this recall," they wrote on their website.
