Kylie Jenner shocked the world when she revealed the birth of her daughter, after keeping her pregnancy a secret for the nine-month duration.
She gave her now 8 month old daughter the moniker Stormi, a unique name that Kylie and her partner Travis Scott love.
However, in a recent YouTube video, Kylie revealed that she changed Stormi's name last minute, without letting her partner know.
The makeup mogul told makeup artist James Charles that originally, she had wanted Sormi's name to end with 'ie' rather than just 'i' to reflect her own name.
'I bought custom things for her that said her name 'ie', I bought her the blocks," she said.
'I didn't fully choose her name, I wanted to have a week of just me and her to see if I wanted to change it because I had one other name in mind.'
'But Stormie always felt like her name when she was in the womb. It's almost like she chose her name.'
She told the MUA that having her daughter's name end in just 'i' was a last minute, split-second decision.
'When they called me from the birth certificate office and I was finalising the name, they were like, "How do you want to spell it?" And I was like "S-t-o-r-m-i,' she said.
'And they were like "You sure?" And I was like "Yeah, just an i." Literally right then and there I just changed it to an 'i' and then they were like "OK" and I hung up the phone and I was like, "Damn, I guess that's her name.'
When thE MUA, who was creating a Halloween look using Kylie's own Halloween makeup cllection from Kylie Cosmetics, wanted to know what Travis thought of the move, Kylie said that he was 'cool' with it.
The couple welcomed their daughter into the world 8 months ago, when Kylie was 20-years-old.
