Annabel is the UK’s number one author on cooking and nutrition for babies and children and here at MummyPages we have been fans for years and years so we were very excited to have recently gotten our hands on her first ever guide to healthy eating during pregnancy.

Each section is also accompanied by some truly delectable and nutritious recipes ideal for pregnant mums. The recipes contain easily sourced ingredients and are quick and easy to make so expectant mums won’t have to spend too long on their feet! Some of our favourite recipes that we couldn’t wait to try include: tender-beef stir fry, marinated chicken breasts with soy-orange saucetasty chicken and potato pie and salmon and pea kedgeree. There are also some scrumptious desserts for when you feel like treating yourself such as lemon soufflé pudding, ruby fruit salad and coffee and walnut cake.
