We’ve all been there: a tiny changing room, a (really) dirty baby, and NO nappy.

Yes, no matter how hard we try to say organised, it is surprisingly easy to leave the house with a changing bag without actually checking if we’ve re-stocked it.

In fact, because so many mums have stood in a changing room, staring into the empty vast that is their baby bag, that a new trend has now started – well, in the States anyway.

Taking to Facebook recently, Joe Clyde shared a photo that, to be honest, has really made our day.

Why? Well, the snap was of a small little care package that she spotted while changing her baby in a public restroom.

"This was in our local target store and thankfully I didn't need [it] but thought it was awesome. Good people everywhere," Joe wrote alongside the photo.

The Ziploc bag contained diapers and wipes, and a note which read: "We have all been there: forgot diapers, wipes, and your little one just exploded their pants!"

"Hopefully this helps! Take what you need or leave any extra! Remember, it takes an army to raise children, so let's all help each other! Love, a mom who has needed help. Many times."

Joy’s post received such a wonderful response, with one mum admitting that it made her tear up.

“Why did this just make me tear up? Ugh I'm so emotional these days! Love this.”

Just lovely.
