CCTV footage has captured the miraculous moment a man caught a baby who fell from a second storey window.
The baby was spotted on a window ledge by a neighbour and a group of people rushed to rescue the one-year-old.
It is believed the baby went looking for his mum and climbed onto the windowsill during a heavy thunderstorm in a south China province.
"Some people put down cardboard to avoid serious injuries to the baby if I fail to catch him," the man who made the dramatic catch, Mr Li, said. "I didn’t think too much at the time. I was just afraid of failing to catch him.
"It was nothing but human instinct to do so," he added.
