We are a team of people who love cooking and are passionate about nutrition and healthy eating. We aim to share that information and passion through our cooking experiences both in our classes and when we are out in schools and the community. With venues in: Whitchurch, Radyr, Blackwood, Penarth, Cowbridge, Bridgend and Newport.

CookED.up was born when my 3 children discovered a passion of cooking but no where except the home to learn. Not great when the three of them want to cook at the same time. I wanted them to learn to cook healthy wholesome meals, to build key life skills for when they eventually fly the nest and to help them make their own independent healthy food choices.

We now offer more than our cooking classes. We offer bespoke parties, summer camps, corporate team building events and specialist cooking classes. We deliver demonstrations and community workshops as well as working in schools to support healthy eating and the key curriculum topic areas.

Our team is made up of highly trained teachers, nutritionists, coaches and cooks. We keep our class sizes small and tailor our support to the individual. We source local ingredients whenever possible. We have a strong environmental policy and we help and encourage chefs to grow and source their own produce for their cooking.
