According to Us Weekly, the much-loved Gotham actor, who starred as Ryan Atwood in The OC, is set to welcome a child with talented co-star Morena Baccarin.
Morena, who has yet to publicly confirm her relationship with the 37-year-old actor, is already the proud mum of one-year-old son, Julius, with ex-husband Austin Chick.
Morena, who is also known for her role in Homeland, today filed court documents seeking full custody of the child she shares with Austin following their divorce in July.
While neither Ben and Morena have made an official announcement, it is understood representatives for both stars confirmed the news with US publication, Us weekly.
