Huge congratulations are in order for comedian Amy Schumer and her husband Chris Fischer who have become parents for the first time.
The I Feel Pretty star welcomed a baby boy on May 6.
The actress took to Instagram to confirm the news hours after Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced the arrival of their son.
Amy shared a photo of herself cuddling her newborn in her hospital bed. She captioned the snap: “10:55 pm last night. Our royal baby was born.”
The Trainwreck star even stopped by the MET Gala on her way to the hospital. The new mum posed on the steps of the MET on her way to the hospital.
She joked: “Met look this year. Last night on the way to the hospital.”
Celebrities were quick to congratulate the doting mum. Demi Lovato said: “Yayyy!!! Congrats mama!!!”
“Beautiful! What great news, congratulations!!!” Jennifer Garner added.
“Wow!!!!! Congratulations!!!!” said Sarah Jessica Parker.
